After several days of controversy surrounding Martín Migueles, Nora Colosimo, Wanda Nara's mother, decided to speak publicly about the situation of the businessman and revealed that she had a private conversation with him to hear his version.
The controversy gained momentum again after the Central Bank closed an inquiry linked to Arg Exchange, a former exchange agency that had Migueles and Elías Piccirillo among its leaders, and referred its conclusions to the economic criminal court. The investigation analyzed operations worth over US$250 million carried out during 2023 and the potential responsibilities of the individuals involved.
Amid the repercussions, Colosimo was asked on LAM (América TV) whether the situation concerned her. “I don’t know if the word is concern. It piques my curiosity, it intrigues me,” she acknowledged.

However, she immediately made it clear what her position is after having spoken personally with Migueles. “I believe him, he had a little chat with me,” she asserted.

Nora also shared part of the conversation she had with Migueles after the issue became public. According to her account, the businessman denied to her that he had committed any irregularities.
“He told me that, obviously, he was available and that he hadn’t done anything wrong. I tell you I believe him,” she stated. Nevertheless, she avoided revealing the details of the explanation because, as she maintained, it was an extensive conversation.
Additionally, she noted that the businessman would not have intentions of publicly providing that version. “He told me that he is not going to give it to the media, he is not media-oriented,” she explained.
During her participation in Ángel de Brito's program, the media figure also spoke about how Migueles integrated into Wanda's circle and described him as “nice, pleasant, a companion” and supportive.
When Pilar Smith wanted to know how her relationship was with the host's children, Nora answered straightforwardly: “Yes, everyone. The kids, the dogs, me.”
