Marvel delays 'The Avengers': the new dates for 'Doomsday' and 'Secret Wars'
Marvel confirmed that their upcoming Avengers are delayed. Doomsday will be released in 2026 and Secret Wars a year later
Marvel Studios confirmed changes in the schedule of its most anticipated movies.
Avengers: Doomsday and Secret Wars are delayed and now have new official dates.

When will Avengers: Doomsday and Secret Wars be released now?
The highly anticipated new installment of the Avengers, titled "Avengers: Doomsday", will no longer be released in April 2026 as previously announced.
The new release is scheduled for December 18, 2026, close to the end-of-year holidays.
This change also affects Marvel's other major project, "Avengers: Secret Wars". Scheduled for a year after Doomsday, its new release date is December 17, 2027.

Spider-Man 4 will arrive earlier than expected
Unlike the Avengers movies, the next installment of Spider-Man is not delayed.
Spider-Man 4 will be released on July 31, 2026, months before Doomsday.

Why were the releases delayed?
According to Marvel Studios, the reason for the delay is to give the team more time to work on the "gigantic vision" they have for these movies.
The Russo brothers, in charge of both films, are aiming for an ambitious Phase Six that requires more development.
