The city of Cosquín is preparing to receive a new high-quality gastronomic proposal called Mattbela under the management of two local entrepreneurs. The official opening of this venture is scheduled for next Friday, February 20, under a delivery and pick-up at the door system. Meanwhile, Mattbela's owners expect to open a physical location soon to welcome all diners in person.
Lucas Belagardi, a laboratory technician, is leading this dream together with his partner, Alina Matteucci, who holds a degree in bioimage production. The initiative revives the valuable tradition of Lucas's grandparents, former owners of the legendary pizzeria La Riviera, which operated for 27 consecutive years. After seriously considering the possibility of emigrating abroad, both decided to stay in the country to honor their family legacy and start a business.

The 1st prize includes three pizzas called La Riviera, Mattbela, and Especial, while the 2nd prize grants two craft-made house varieties. Finally, a 3rd prize will be awarded consisting of a Mattbela pizza so that neighbors can begin to taste these homemade creations.
Customers will be able to access a loyalty system through a card that will be signed with each purchase made at this new local establishment. When they register the eighth purchase, consumers will be able to claim a pizza of the Especial variety or a classic Mattbela pizza free of charge. Updated prices and the full menu will be available for ongoing consultation in WhatsApp status updates and on the social media profile.
