Million-dollar robbery at Córdoba Terminal: total lack of security reported
Burglars ransacked a parcel warehouse during the early morning hours without being detected
During the early hours of Friday, criminals broke into a warehouse just meters from the train station. Although the area is equipped with cameras, they forced their way in and caused significant damage. The place was the target of a violent robbery that left broken doors, shattered glass, and a bent gate.
The owner, Diego, stated that this is the second time he has experienced such an incident in less than four years. "It's desperate," he said with anger and resignation.

Total impunity
The criminals acted with total impunity between 3 and 4 a.m. According to the victim's testimony, the thieves took advantage of the early morning hours and the lack of surveillance: "They took their time," the shopkeeper reported.
In addition to breaking the entrance, they used tools such as crowbars and hammers to access the interior. They suspect that the perpetrators are familiar with the area.

"Everything indicates that they had been watching our movements," Diego said. Part of the stolen merchandise was ready for dispatch.

Abandonment at the terminal during the night reported
Only one of the warehouses had an active alarm, and camera monitoring depends on the administration. The shopkeepers feel exposed due to the uncertain operation of the system. During the day, there is usually a police presence, but at night the place is left without sufficient surveillance.
"From 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., no one patrols or controls anything," the victim lamented. The gate prevented a total looting. This incident adds to a series of similar episodes in the terminal area and its surroundings, which has become a source of concern.
