A missing teenage girl in CABA was found at the border with Bolivia
His last trace was when he left his grandfather's house, located in Villa Urquiza, in the City of Buenos Aires
After ten days of an intense search, A. E. L. was found in good health in the border region of La Quiaca, 1,773 kilometers (1,101 miles) from the City of Buenos Aires, near the border crossing with Villazón, in the south of Bolivia. Her last trace had been when she left her grandfather's house, located in Villa Urquiza.
"We want to inform you that the search for A. E. L. has ended. Thank you very much to everyone who was concerned and helped to find her!", stated the Buenos Aires City Government after confirming that the young woman, 17 years old, had been found. The teenager had last been seen on June 28.
Her disappearance activated the corresponding protocol for these cases, which led to the publication of her profile in the missing persons section of the official website.

The Council for the Rights of Girls, Boys, and Adolescents of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires issued a formal alert and disseminated precise physical characteristics to aid in her identification.
Given the suspicion that she might have traveled to the north of the country, the Division of Investigations of Crimes against Children and Adolescents of the City Police requested the collaboration of the Specialized Unit for the Search of Persons of the province of Jujuy.
Collaboration between different agencies was decisive in locating the missing minor in the border area with Bolivia. However, the question remains as to how she managed to travel hundreds of kilometers (miles) to reach La Quiaca without being detected by the authorities, despite being intensely sought.

As soon as she was found, she received assistance from specialized personnel of National Line 102, after having been reported missing. After her location, the corresponding mechanisms were activated for her transfer back to the province of Buenos Aires, in coordination with the judicial authorities involved.
The Jujuy Police highlighted the "joint work between provincial and national agencies to solve the case and guarantee the protection of the young woman so she can return to her place of origin."
Meanwhile, while this case was solved favorably, investigations remain active regarding other minors whose whereabouts are still unknown. Among them are: Lian Gael Flores Soraide, three years old, last seen on February 22, 2025, in Ballesteros Sur, Córdoba; Loan Danilo Peña, six years old, disappeared on June 3, 2024, in Paraje Algarrobal, Corrientes; Brisa Carolina Del Pino, 17 years old, missing since 2022 in La Matanza; Guadalupe Belén Lucero Cialone, nine years old, last seen on June 14, 2021, in San Luis; and Brisa Aylén Pereyra, 15 years old, whose trail was lost on July 21, 2015.
