The sale of new motorcycles recorded a strong growth of 30.4% year-on-year in July, according to the Motorcycle Division of the Association of Automotive Dealers of the Argentine Republic (ACARA). The month also showed an increase of 3.4% compared to June.
The year-on-year advance meant that 16,617 units were sold more than in July 2025, when 54,600 motorcycles were registered. In the monthly comparison, 2,367 more motorcycles were sold than in June, when 68,850 units were recorded.

A record number of registrations so far this year
In the seven months accumulated in 2026, 511,986 new motorcycles were registered, representing a 41.9% increase compared to the same period in 2025, when 360,709 units were recorded. This figure confirms a year of strong dynamism for the sector.
How the ranking of best-selling brands looks
Honda continued to comfortably lead the market, with 15,209 units registered in July. Following was Gilera, which climbed to second place with 8,590 motorcycles, and Motomel, in third, with 8,186 units.
Keller, which had been second in June, dropped to fourth place with 7,341 units, while Corven remained in fifth position, also with 7,341. Meanwhile, Zanella continued to be outside the top five.

The most registered models in July
The Honda Wave 110S returned to the top spot in the models ranking, with 8,300 units registered. It was followed by the Keller KN 110-8, with 6,288 motorcycles, and in third place was the Gilera Smash, with 6,251 units.
Completing the top five were the Motomel B110, with 4,763 units in fourth place, and the Corven Energy 110, with 3,901 motorcycles in fifth place.
