The transfer of Telefe to a holding company led by Gustavo Scaglione consolidates Córdoba as a new multimedia group based on LV2. The operation integrates broadcast television, radio stations, and digital platforms under a single strategy. The stated objective is to coordinate production, distribution, and marketing with a stable presence in the province.
Integra Capital, a company linked to Daniel Vila, José Luis Manzano, and Claudio Belocopitt, participated in the financial structuring. Scaglione adds the Telefe brand to Televisión Litoral and La Capital Multimedios, which are already operational. The resulting structure enables synergies between national channels and Córdoba-based operations.
Telefe's executive management will remain with its current leadership, which facilitates a seamless operational transition. The integration aims to scale up content and strengthen federal production centers. In Córdoba, the plan is to coordinate news, entertainment, and digital formats with regional reach.
