Morena Rial is going through one of the most difficult moments of her life, as her legal situation has completely complicated. In recent days, it was confirmed that an old legal case in Córdoba could lead to an oral trial against her.
The influencer faces serious accusations including repeated theft and coercion, among other crimes. Morena's defense, now led by lawyer Miguel Ángel Pierri, after the departure of Fernando Burlando, seeks to prevent the Justice from proceeding with the trial.
According to panelist Pepe Ochoa from LAM (América TV), the case involving Morena began in December 2022. The case is related to the owner of a Toyota Corolla, Dylan Omar Rodríguez, who reported being threatened by Morena and two other women.
The complaint details how Jorge Rial's daughter was filming while the owner was incited to leave his home, and she is accused of stealing the vehicle's license plate.
The situation is further complicated by accusations of theft at a commercial establishment owned by her ex-brother-in-law, Rodrigo Ambrosioni. According to the complaints, Morena allegedly stole eight cell phones from the establishment, in addition to making threats via WhatsApp to her ex-father-in-law, Norberto Fabián Ambrosioni, in which she stated: "If I get reported, no one survives."
