The madness over the qualification of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the World Cup continues to give us something to talk about. In this context, Bosnian striker Ermedin Demirovic decided to celebrate in a big way and to keep a promise he had made before the playoffs: to invite beer to the fans of

his club, Stuttgart.

The striker, born in Germany but nationalized Bosnian, was part of the historic classification that included victories against Wales and Italy, and has now confirmed that he will carry on the celebration in the German city. “Participating in the World Cup with the Bosnian national team means a lot to me and this summer a great dream will come true. Before the repechage games, I meant that there would be drinks for VfB Stuttgart fans if they were really in the World Cup. Now I want to keep that promise,” he said on his social networks.

The event will take place on April 27 at the Stuttgart Spring Festival, where the soccer player himself will serve beer for an hour in one of the tents on the property. In addition, the plan includes a special gesture for the little ones: an ice cream truck that will be present at an open team training in the coming weeks

Beyond the celebration, Demirovic also announced that he will make a donation to the club's charitable foundation, with the aim of helping people in vulnerable situations. “Beyond the joy of participating in the World Cup, it's very important for me to also think about those who don't have an easy life,” he said.

Curiously, the striker clarified that he does not consume alcohol because “it goes against my lifestyle”, although he remarked that he does not want to deprive the fans of the celebration: “I don't want to wait for the party to those who do like to drink it”.

With 12 goals in 32 games in the season with Stuttgart, Demirovic is going through one of the best moments of his career. As he prepares to play the World Cup with Bosnia, which will have his second participation in history, he chose to share the joy with the fans who accompany him week after week
