The electoral defeat in Buenos Aires province exposed the firepower of Kirchnerism, which mobilized mayors, unions, and municipal resources to ensure an unprecedented massive turnout. In the face of that onslaught, this Tuesday the first meeting of the PBA political committee of La Libertad Avanza was held, with top leaders such as Karina Milei, Patricia Bullrich, Cristian Ritondo, Diego Santilli, Guillermo Montenegro, José Luis Espert, and Santiago Caputo, among others, in attendance.
From the official La Libertad Avanza account on X, a forceful statement was released: "We are going to work to defend the course we have been building because it is the only one that can lead us to prosperity."

After the adverse results in the Buenos Aires elections, where Fuerza Patria prevailed with 46.93% of the votes (3,264,993) against 33.85% for La Libertad Avanza (2,355,286), the libertarian ruling party decided to reorganize its structure in the province. The first measure was the creation of a new LLA political committee in the province, officially announced on X under the slogan "New LLA PBA committee!"
The new group is composed of Karina Milei, Sebastián Pareja, Cristian Ritondo, Patricia Bullrich, Diego Santilli, Guillermo Montenegro, Diego Valenzuela, Ramón Lanús, Maximiliano Bondarenko, Santiago Caputo, and José Luis Espert, the latter as the lead candidate.

During the meeting, the leaders acknowledged in a self-critical tone that they failed to clearly convey "the reward for the sacrifice that Buenos Aires residents are making in this process of change led by President Javier G. Milei." At the same time, they agreed in pointing out that Kirchnerism deployed "a massive mobilization never seen before, making use of old practices," which largely explains the election results.
With an eye on the October legislative elections, the committee's goal will be to attract voters from other parties who support Milei's national direction and prevent the Kirchnerist apparatus from manipulating the election again. "We will strive so that the sacrifice of many achieves the desired result," they stated in the statement, which concluded with the President's signature phrase: "La Libertad Avanza or Argentina falls behind."
