Jésica Cirio's surprising real estate portfolio

Since her beginnings in the media, Jésica Cirio has built a career ranging from modeling to television hosting. However, recently her name has been linked to legal controversies more than her professional work. One of the most talked-about aspects was her marriage to Kirchnerist politician Martín Insaurralde, and more recently, with Piccirillo and the doubts about her knowledge regarding the businessman's dealings.

One of the most attention-grabbing facts is that Cirio is reportedly the owner of 42 apartments, acquired before her two marriages. According to journalist Evelyn Von Brocke, the model would have started investing in real estate during the time she worked under the representation of Leandro Rud.

A business model based on properties

Leandro Rud would have developed a payment scheme for his clients that consisted of delivering properties under construction as part of their compensation. According to Von Brocke, this system was inspired by the representation model of players, where income wasn't delivered in cash but in assets that caused long-term value.

"Leandro Rud had offices in various locations, the last one near Canal 9, where businessmen would come to hire advertising and image services. His method was similar to that of soccer managers, who manage earnings through investments," the journalist explained on the program "Mujeres Argentinas" on El Trece.

This mechanism would have allowed Cirio to consolidate a significant real estate portfolio from her early years in modeling. So far, records indicate that the host owns 42 properties, which has caused various interpretations about the origin and management of her fortune. The justice system will have to answer the definitive questions.
