River remains active in the transfer market with its sights set on 2026. After the arrivals of Fausto Vera and Aníbal Moreno, the club finalized a key agreement with São Paulo that solves the immediate future of three players involved in overlapping negotiations: Giuliano Galoppo, Enzo Díaz and Gonzalo Tapia.
First, the Núñez side secured 50% of the rights of the former Banfield player, valued at 3 million dollars. The agreement was signed in separate deals to comply with the conditions of the TMS, the FIFA platform that regulates transfers.

The Argentine club protected the deal with a release clause of 12 million dollars and signed him to a three-year contract, valid until December 31, 2028, while the other 50% of the economic rights will remain in the hands of the Brazilian team.
Meanwhile, the Brazilian side obtained 60% of Díaz's rights and 70% of Tapia's, with River retaining the remaining percentages. The negotiation for the left-back proceeded smoothly, while in the case of the forward it caused a short circuit that delayed the talks, although it did not prevent the final agreement from being closed.
