Rugby: Luciano González, the best player in the world, played again in Córdoba
The Pumas 7s member set foot on La Tablada's field again after 8 years
Luciano González, who was chosen as the Best Player of the Year in the latest Seven Circuit, played again in Córdoba wearing La Tablada's jersey.
The Pumas 7s player, who had an extraordinary season representing the country, took part in the classic match that his club lost to Tala 25-22 in the Urca neighborhood.
After 8 years, the back, born in La Rioja but developed in Córdoba, played once again in the blue and garnet colors in the Official Rugby Tournament.

"It's the most beautiful thing that's happened to me in a long time. Already eight years without having played. The adrenaline, the euphoria, and the nervousness are still there and that speaks well. It must mean I still feel the same things for the club that I felt since I was a child. I've had worse times, but now I'm going to enjoy it," said González Rizzoni, who will be available for La Tablada throughout the rest of June.
"When the match ended and they came to hug me and seeing that they're from rival jerseys speaks well of the sport, of the boys. I think the upbringing they're receiving and the values the clubs are giving them are important," added the burly player, who played again alongside Gastón Revol, a legend of Pumas 7s.

González, who had a brief stint with Los Pumas in XVs, said he'd like to return to that format.
"I'd like to have the experience of playing rugby in France. If the opportunity arises, Top 14 would be my dream. However, if that doesn't happen, maybe I'll have to retrain in XVs, look to play in a franchise, return to the club, I don't know. That has to be seen. Right now I'm enjoying myself, I'm letting time pass a little, getting my feet back on the ground... being happy, decisions will be made later," he concluded.
In Tala, Germán Schulz played again, another member of the national team. However, he did so in the Intermediate division.
