This reduction is added to another 35% that producers can access through the Good Agricultural Practices Program and the Compliant Taxpayer Program.
He also emphasized the strategic value of the Agricultural Development Fund, recalling that "98% of the funds collected go directly back to the productive sector, allowing for the maintenance of essential works without competing with other state priorities."
Challenges for the rural sector in 2026
When referring to other challenges for 2026, he highlighted the Pilot Multi-risk Insurance Plan, the only one of its kind in the country, which will reduce the economic impact in areas affected by adverse climatic factors; the regulation and implementation of the rural roads law, a regulation that establishes a comprehensive management system for unpaved rural roads; and the implementation of the territorial equality law, which will allocate resources to more disadvantaged areas, among other management priorities.
Busso spoke about livestock credit lines
During his presentation, the head of the productive portfolio detailed the main achievements reached during 2025, and answered questions from legislators of different parties regarding infrastructure and rural security.
He also mentioned the Provincial Agroforestry Plan, the Gen Nativo program, the livestock credit lines coordinated with Banco de Córdoba, and the programs implemented by the Undersecretariats of Biodevelopment and Agricultural Innovation and of Family Farming.
Finally, Busso reaffirmed the Ministry's commitment to sustainable development and public-private collaboration as the foundation of Córdoba's productive model.
"Our province continues to demonstrate that it is possible to promote production while protecting resources and working together with the sector to transform the productive matrix," he concluded.
