The host spoke bluntly about the emotional cost of her separation from the actor five years ago

Years went by, disappointments and several romantic stories happened, but there are wounds that never fully heal.
Sabrina Rojas made this clear when she publicly reflected on her separation from Luciano Castro and revealed, without beating around the bush, which mistake still hurts her for not having forgiven herself.
The confession came this Thursday on the air of Sálvese quien pueda (América), where the model and host spoke candidly about the emotional impact caused by the media scandal that her relationship with the actor went through.
Los actores estuvieron juntos 11 años
Rojas acknowledged that, while she had to appear strong in front of the cameras, she was going through a deep crisis inside.
"I had to show my face and keep going, but I was broken", she hinted, as she pointed out the distance between her public image and what she was living in private.
According to what she explained, one of the mistakes that weighs on her the most was having demanded from herself a strength she did not feel.
"I do not forgive myself for not having taken better care of myself at that moment", she implied, as she described how she prioritized maintaining a façade while the pain grew behind closed doors.
The exposure, social judgment, and media pressure ended up conditioning the way she went through the breakup.
Rojas's analysis came after Moria Casán shared her opinion on Castro and Griselda Siciliani's scandalous separation, which reignited the debate about the double standard with which certain relationships in the entertainment world are judged.
"I care about Moria, but I feel that the value of what someone does sometimes depends on stardom. If it happens to El Polaco and Barby Silenzi, she is a 'cornuda'; but if it is Siciliani, they say she is 'open mind'", she stated, visibly uncomfortable.
Along those lines, she delved into her criticism of the unequal treatment by the media depending on the popularity of the protagonists.
"There are 'cool' figures who are forgiven for everything. They asked me what I felt about being a 'cornuda,' while others are more protected. I do not shrink from saying what I think, it is not against anyone, it is a reality", she maintained, drawing a clear distinction between her personal experience and the narrative that was built around other similar cases.
The actress also spoke about the current relationship she keeps with Luciano Castro, which is focused exclusively on the shared upbringing of their children, Esperanza and Fausto.
"I mother Luciano. I keep an eye on whether he has eaten, whether he is all right, on his things. It is a bond that remained that way and that I choose to maintain in that manner because he is the father of my children", she explained, making it clear that it is a conscious and deliberate dynamic.
