The board member submitted his 'definitive and irrevocable' resignation and targeted Moretti, whom he accuses of acting as president despite not having been reinstated to his duties

The institutional crisis at San Lorenzo added a new chapter with Javier Allievi's resignation from his position as a board member of the Board of Directors. Unlike his previous resignation, which was submitted conditionally, this time the official was unequivocal: "Recent events force me to take this definitive step," he stated in the letter sent.
In the text, Allievi strongly questioned Marcelo Moretti's presence at the club. "Although the Board of Directors hasn't formally reinstated him in his duties, he has physically returned to the club and is behaving as if he were once again exercising the presidency," he pointed out.
He also warned that this "irregular situation, de facto and not de jure, deepens the crisis and keeps the club in a state of uncertainty incompatible with serious and responsible leadership."
Para Allievi, la vuelta de Moretti profundiza la crisis del club
Before saying goodbye, Allievi left a warning and a request: "Institutional continuity must be established as mandated by the bylaws, preventing further damage to the name of our glorious institution. We must all rise to the occasion and allow another body to urgently assume the club's leadership."
Allievi's departure adds to those already submitted by Martín Cigna, Julio Lopardo, Uriel Barros, Marcelo Culotta, and Agustina Nordenstrom. This way, when a new meeting is called, the board member's resignation must be addressed along with the others, which could further deepen the path toward institutional leaderlessness.
How close is leaderlessness
With this new departure, San Lorenzo is just four more resignations away from forcing leaderlessness, but it could require more if Alan Navarro (Néstor's son) and Emiliano Rodríguez take office. If the entry of the two waiting officials is confirmed, the Board of Directors would reach 16 members.
Currently, and after Allievi's departure was confirmed, the Board is composed as follows:
Marcelo Moretti
Julio Lopardo (resigned from the vice presidency, but remains as a board member)
Andrés Terzano
Leandro Goroyesky (resigned as treasurer, but remains as a board member)
