Just two months after making their romance public, the relationship between Melody Luz and Santiago del Azar came to an end amid a chaotic afternoon that was exposed on social media. Everything began last Thursday, when the dancer met with Alexander Caniggia, the father of her daughter, to discuss the upbringing of little Vene. However, the scene did not end as they expected: the chef, driven by jealousy and insecurity, burst into his partner's home and the gesture triggered the definitive breakup.
According to Melody on her Instagram account, that afternoon she had to "allow myself to be spied on and have someone try to break down my door", implying that Del Azar's behavior was violent. Facing the accusations, the chef decided to break his silence and share his version on the program Mujeres Argentinas (El Trece).
"Honestly, what happened was a mess. I don't have anything bad to say about Mel, she's a wonderful woman, I fell deeply in love with her and her daughter", he confessed with evident sadness. Although he acknowledged that his impulse was unfortunate, he denied having acted violently. "I passed in front of the house, I saw something I didn't like, I rang the bell, she closed the door on me and then I left. I didn't make a scene, I didn't bang on the door or insult her", he clarified when asked by the panelists.
