During a tour of Arequito for the series Camino a casa, the singer reunited with Mauro, her first boyfriend

Soledad Pastorutti returned to the streets of Arequito, her hometown, to film a new episode of Camino a casa (Telefe), Cristina Pérez's show in which each guest relives the places and memories that shaped their story.
No one imagined that, in the middle of the tour, Sole would experience an unexpected reunion: she ran into Mauro, her first childhood love.
The moment happened while the singer was walking with her friends Carolina and Belén, with whom she shared adventures, secrets, and endless afternoons in the town square.
La Sole junto a Mauro
Amid anecdotes and laughter, Soledad suddenly stopped. In front of her, a man was approaching with a shy smile and a hint of surprise.
As soon as she recognized him, she exclaimed "No!" filled with emotion. It was Mauro, the boy who had been her boyfriend in sixth grade and who now serves as a deputy.
"He was the heartthrob", she admitted with a laugh, and immediately clarified, amused: "We speak in the past tense so you don't look bad... and so I don't look bad with my husband."
Cristina Pérez, a privileged witness, did not hesitate to ask the obligatory question: "Were you each other's first crush?" The answer was simultaneous: "Yes."
The story between them began in childhood, in times of games on dirt roads, speed competitions, and leisurely afternoons.
"They used to call me Speedy González", Soledad recalled. The nickname came from the races they both had to see who could run faster through their native Arequito.
Florencia and Julieta, the singer's cousins, were also present at that time, accompanying that stage of discoveries and complicity.
As they walked through the main square, memories began to surface on their own: letters, games, strolls, and that first feeling of "liking each other" without yet knowing what it meant.
It was in that atmosphere that Mauro made an unexpected confession: "I looked for the little letters... I didn't find them. Otherwise, I would've brought them."
Sole burst out laughing and admitted that, although she wasn't that organized, her mother surely kept more than one. Cristina Pérez couldn't hide her tenderness and closed the scene with a phrase that crowned the moment: "Oh, I can't believe it... you were sending each other letters at 10 years old!"
