Soledad broke her silence after being insulted on La Voz Argentina

The audience erupted after a controversial decision on La Voz, and Soledad clarified what really happened

On Sunday, August 3, Soledad Pastorutti was at the center of a tense moment onLa Voz Argentina, after applying a new rule that allows both participants in a battle to be "saved," although with the condition that two must be eliminated later on.

This strategy, proposed by Luck Ra  and implemented by the artist from Arequito, sparked strong reactions in the studio. During a performance between  Segundo Maciel  and Máximo Medina, a scandalous episode unfolded:  family members in the audience insulted Pastorutti for her decision.

According to reports on Sálvese Quien Pueda (América), the situation was so tense that the complaints reached the show's production, causing general discomfort among the technical and artistic team.

Soledad's response: "It's tough, but we have to do it"

Amid the commotion, Pastorutti did not remain silent. In a later interview, she explained how she made the decision and clarified some misunderstandings:  "It's very intense, but things didn't happen that way. First I chose two, and then I found myself with that difficult task."

The singer emphasized that she doesn't act out of arrogance, but from sensitivity: "It's difficult and I talk a lot with the participants. I tell them I can make mistakes... I don't have the truth."

She also toned down the drama with a realistic reflection: "My decision in your career is not decisive. In La Voz there is only one winner; what matters is making the most of the exposure while you have it."

Regarding the insults from family members, she was understanding but firm: "Pressure is normal. My father must have suffered too when I was starting out. I apologize, but I do it with respect.  This is my responsibility."

She concluded with a conciliatory message: "I don't take it home with me. Later I see them again, and if they need anything from me, they know I'm here," the artist concluded.

What happened made it clear how La Voz Argentina not only tests the talent of the participants, but also the relationships between the judges, contestants, and their families. With new rules and increasingly controversial decisions, the competition promises to continue generating highly tense moments as the contest progresses.
