A grotesque high school teacher in the city of Baltimore shared a series of strange videos on social media

A Baltimore high school teacher has become the center of harsh criticism after videos and photographs considered inappropriate and repulsive by numerous users circulated on social media.
James Roman Stilipec, who identifies online as "Jay Aress," teaches ninth-grade English at Reach! Partnership School 341 and has posted videos on his TikTok, Instagram, and X accounts in which he appears wearing large breast prostheses and artificial pregnancy bellies.
The organization Gays Against Groomers shared a compilation of videos in which Stilipec appears with a prosthetic belly and uses the hashtag "#jayandthetwins" on a public profile.
The material is part of a series of posts where the teacher performs female characterizations with implants and prosthetics, including "breastplates" valued at more than 400 dollars.

On social media, Stilipec has also stated that the devices reach size 36M, similar to those used by Canadian teacher Kayla Lemieux, whose appearance caused international controversy.
Stilipec appeared in a photograph with a low-cut top next to a school board, several media outlets reported. The 50-year-old teacher has real breast implants, size 36DDD, something he himself admitted in a video published in 2020 on YouTube, where he spoke about a brief hormone treatment.
The controversy escalated after a video of a group conversation on TikTok was shared, later reposted on YouTube, where several users questioned the teacher about his posts.
One of the participants accused him of "making the public participate in his fetish," an accusation Stilipec denied. During the conversation, other users called for him to be removed from his teaching position, arguing that the content would not be appropriate for a professional working with minors.

The teacher's digital presence includes a YouTube channel in which he appears playing video games in tops that accentuate his cleavage. In addition, according to his GoodReads profile, Stilipec is the author of several fiction novels with BDSM and slavery themes, including "Total Slave," "Master Mark," and "Angel’s Continuing Enslavement."
These literary publications have been referenced by critics on social media as part of the debate about the boundaries between private life and professional teaching practice.
To date, neither the school, nor the Baltimore school system, nor the PTA Council have replied to requests for comment from local media. Stilipec has also not offered any additional public statements about the controversy.
The case has caused a broad debate on social media about educators' privacy and the expectations of conduct for those who work with students.
A large number of internet users and parents from Stilipec's school insist that the teacher's posts warrant a review by school authorities.
