The trophies won by the Scaloneta will be on display this Saturday at the Cabildo of Córdoba.

The exhibition will include the trophies won in 2021, 2022, and 2024 by the Argentina national football team

The city of Córdoba will host a special event that will bring together the most prestigious trophies won by the national soccer team. The 2021 and 2024 Copa América trophies, the 2022 World Cup, and the 2022 Finalissima will be displayed at the Cabildo. The event will begin on Saturday and will be open to the public with free admission.

The announcement was confirmed by the Cordobesa Soccer League, which received the news officially in recent hours. Daniel Fernández, president of the organization, announced a press conference for this Wednesday. During that meeting, logistical details will be provided together with municipal authorities.

The four trophies represent the successful era under Lionel Scaloni's leadership as coach and Lionel Messi as captain. Among the key players were the Cordobese Cristian Romero, Julián Álvarez, Nahuel Molina, and Paulo Dybala. The presence of these names increases local anticipation for the event.

The titles that defined an era for the National Team

The first triumph of this era was the 2021 Copa América, won against Brazil 1-0 at Maracanã Stadium. Then came the 2022 Finalissima, where Argentina defeated Italy 3-0 at Wembley on June 1. Both achievements ended a long drought of major titles for the national team.

The greatest achievement came with the Qatar World Cup, won on December 18, 2022 after a memorable final against France. After a 3-3 draw in regular and extra time, Argentina won 4-2 in the penalty shootout. Finally, the recent 2024 Copa América was added to the record after defeating Colombia 1-0.

The exhibition in Córdoba will allow visitors to see up close the trophies that marked an unforgettable chapter in Argentine soccer. It will be a unique opportunity for those who closely follow the team's journey. A large turnout of locals and tourists is expected over the weekend.
