Lucas Hernández, defender for Paris Saint-Germain and world champion with France in Russia 2018, was reported to the Versailles Prosecutor's Office for alleged human trafficking and undeclared employment. The accusation was filed by a Colombian family that claims to have worked for the couple between 2024 and 2025 in France, and also extends to Victoria Triay, the player's wife.
According to what the magazine Paris Match revealed, which gained access to the judicial file, the complainants, a married couple and their three children, state that they carried out domestic, security, and childcare tasks at the footballer's residence, located in Yvelines, without an employment contract, without a residence permit, and under workdays that ranged from 72 to 84 hours per week.

According to the testimony included in the case, the relationship began in June 2024, when Triay contacted Marie, a 27-year-old Colombian nurse who had assisted her during a medical treatment. The player's spouse had allegedly promised to regularize her employment situation, which led to her arrival in the country in September of that year without a visa or official documentation.
As the months went by, according to what was stated in the complaint, the couple called in the rest of Marie's family under the same promise of formalization. Marie and her mother worked as cooks, nannies, and domestic employees, available 24 hours a day, while the men carried out surveillance tasks, including during night shifts. Everyone received cash payments, close to 2,000 euros per month, without Social Security contributions or pay slips.
