They confirmed that the body found in Nueva Córdoba is that of a 30-year-old woman.

The autopsy confirmed that the body found in the apartment of Horacio Grasso was that of a young woman. The remains were hidden in a wardrobe, wrapped in a blanket, and covered with lime. It is estimated that she had gone undiscovered for about six months.

There are no recent reports matching the victim's characteristics. This complicates the identification process for the Justice system. Fingerprints and genetic profiles are being compared to move forward with the process.

The investigation remains strictly confidential, but is progressing rapidly. The Prosecutor's Office is attempting to establish links with the convicted man's circle. The case is causing shock among the residents of Nueva Córdoba.

Grasso is convicted of the murder of Facundo Novillo, committed in 2019. Despite having lost house arrest for assaulting his mother, a judge reinstated it. The body was found by construction workers who were renovating the property.

The body was tied with a cable and in an advanced state of decomposition. For this reason, experts estimate that it was hidden at least half a year ago. The time of death will be key to determining responsibilities.

So far, Grasso has not been charged in this new case. However, he remains in custody and will be questioned in the coming days. The Justice system is assessing whether there was negligence in the monitoring of his house arrest.

The main difficulty in the case is that no one has reported the disappearance of a woman with that profile. This delays the formal identification of the victim. Work is being done with provincial and national databases.

Residents of the building state that they have not seen any unusual activity in recent months.  The residence had remained closed for some time. The investigation is progressing during the Judicial Recess.

Relatives of Grasso's victim are demanding explanations for the reinstatement of house arrest. They believe that the Justice system acted negligently. The Public Prosecutor's Office has not yet issued official statements.
