They will transform two airplanes into suites for a hotel in Oncativo
Businessman Oscar Scorza's project will be integrated into Campo Hotel Nono Luigi and will be inaugurated on July 9
Oscar Scorza, a businessman from Córdoba, will add two airplanes to his tourism venture in the rural area of Oncativo, in the Río Segundo department, Córdoba. The aircraft are in the final stages of being refurbished and converted into eight rooms each, with personalized services and high-end details.
"We're going to equip and convert them into eight VIP rooms in each one," Oscar Scorza, head of the complex, explained. The suites will be equipped with a jacuzzi on the balcony, mirrors, and smart toilets. Additionally, they will feature access bridges like those used in airports, including an internal waiting room.

An unprecedented proposal in the country with themed design
The housing units will be part of Campo Hotel Nono Luigi, which already operates as a tourist accommodation in the rural area of Oncativo, a town in Córdoba. "There is no similar proposal in the country, and there are very few in the world," Scorza stated.
The project aims to offer visitors a different experience: "People will be able to fulfill the fantasy of staying in an airplane that no longer flies," he said. The inauguration ceremony is scheduled for July 9 at 6:00 p.m. at the hotel grounds.
The development joins a global trend of converting means of transportation into tourist spaces. The interior design will be adapted to maintain original elements of the airplane combined with modern comforts.

Another airplane already operates as a nightclub on the premises
In December 2022, the businessman installed a dance club inside an aircraft on the same Oncativo property. The experience involved logistical challenges during the transfer from Córdoba Airport, when the airplane got stuck on a bridge on Circunvalación Avenue.
"The airplane got stuck on a bridge on Circunvalación Avenue, attracting the attention of drivers passing through the area and causing traffic chaos," he recalled.
"Now the logistics were different and we didn't have any problems," Oscar Scorza added. The businessman is also at the helm of Econovo, a company dedicated to manufacturing urban hygiene machinery, with an industrial plant in Oncativo.
