Finally, on May 18, he passed away due to the aftermath of the drowning he suffered.

Emilie, the 23-year-old, is known for sharing her family life on social media, especially on TikTok and Instagram, where she has millions of followers. On the day of the accident, she had posted a video showing her routine as a "mother of two," following the recent arrival of her second son, Theodore, born in March of this year.
So far, neither Emilie nor her husband, Brady Kiser, have released statements about the tragedy that struck their lives. Meanwhile, the Chandler Police Department continues to investigate the case. In statements to People magazine, spokesperson Sonu Wasu explained that they replied to an emergency call for drowning.
