A call from Barron Trump, youngest son of the President of the United States, Donald Trump, was decisive in preventing a tragedy during a serious episode of violence that took place in London. The incident, which occurred in January 2025, came to light recently in the context of a judicial process that is underway in the United Kingdom.
According to what was presented before a British jury, the young man alerted the emergency services after receiving a video call in which a friend of his appeared to be attacked by her ex-boyfriend. The events took place in the early hours of January 18, 2025. According to information published by Metro UK, the call to the 999 emergency service operators was made at approximately 2:23 in the morning. The defendant in the case is Matvei Rumianstev, 22 years old, who is being tried at Snaresbrook Crown Court. The prosecution identifies him as the person responsible for the attack, which took place at the residence where the victim was located.
During the hearing, it was stated that the alleged striker may have acted with particular brutality. According to the account heard before the court, Rumianstev hurled insults and blows while the woman remained on the ground. The prosecution also keeps that he even kicked her in the stomach and subjected her to repeated verbal humiliation during the attack.
