Migue Granados once again found himself at the center of attention after an interview that left more questions than answers.
The OLGA host was asked about rumors of a possible sale of the outlet and about the alleged departure of Fer Dente from the early morning show. His reaction became a must-discuss topic in entertainment programs.
Reporter Walle Leiva explained live on Puro Show how the situation unfolded: "When I saw Migue, I approached him as if nothing was happening and said: 'We're here to ask you about the sale of OLGA.'"
Desde OLGA habrían asegurado que la venta del streaming es mentira
According to his account, the host's immediate response was an expression of bewilderment: "He made a face... I caught him off guard."
However, the scene took another turn when, toward the end of the interview, the reporter dropped the second bomb: "I said, 'Hey, did you know Fer Dente is leaving?'" At that moment, Migue "was left speechless."
The journalist also revealed that, just before the exchange with Migue, he ran into Lucas Fridman, the host's close friend, who confirmed a detail that further fueled the rumors: he had left OLGA's artistic direction.
"When I told him about Dente, he said: 'No, I'm no longer in programming.' So something is happening," Leiva commented.
Migue Granados's version: "If it were sold, there would be nothing wrong with that"
On Puro Show, both Pampito and Nancy Duré tried to clarify the situation. She explained that the only concrete move was one of the partners' intention to sell a small percentage, but not the entire structure.
Migue, meanwhile, categorically denied the total sale of the outlet: "The sale isn't true. But if it were, there wouldn't be anything wrong with that. I'd say 'yes, it's true, even better.'"
He even went further and spoke about the business model: "Hopefully one day it will be like that. But the headline they put the other day—'OLGA is being sold because the numbers don't add up'—is ridiculous. If the numbers didn't add up, we'd do fewer things, not more. We're doing great."
The host also revealed that they've received offers from businesspeople, although today they're not considering letting go of the project: "We're a young outlet, almost adolescent. But if tomorrow someone comes and says 'give me your share,' I'd say 'here you go,'" he joked.
