What was the episode that triggered the complaint?
The court document describes a "series of traumatic events" that occurred in March 2025, while the tour was in Las Vegas. According to Joseph's account, when he returned to his hotel room he noticed that someone had entered without signs of forced entry.
Among the items that he found in the room, the lawsuit mentions a handwritten note that said: "Brian, I will be back... just us", accompanied by a heart and signed as "Stone F". In addition, he claims to have found objects that did not belong to him, including wipes, a beer bottle, a red backpack, an earring, and medical documentation in another person's name, including medication linked to HIV treatment.
The musician states that the situation caused him a concrete fear of suffering a sexual assault. "He feared that an unknown individual would return to his room to engage in sexual acts", the brief filed before the court keeps.
After reporting the episode to the hotel staff, to a local police hotline, and to the tour management team, Joseph claims that, far from receiving support, he was exposed to a humiliating situation. According to the lawsuit, a member of the production team allegedly "shamed him" and informed him immediately that he was fired.
