Declassified documents reveal the sexual offender's investments in Argentina with the endorsement of the Kirchnerist government

Documents from the Jeffrey Epstein case recently declassified by the United States Department of Justice have revealed that in 2014 the late pedophile became one of the main investors in Reporty Homeland Security, a technology firm linked to former Israeli Prime Minister, leftist Ehud Barak.
With the stated goal of improving emergency response and strengthening coordination between citizens and authorities, the firm in which the sex offender invested promoted a mobile phone application that helped make cities more "secure".
This company had high-precision microlocation capability and periodic verification functions that could determine users' locations even when the application was not in active use. It sought the continuous collection of movement data 24 hours a day because of the commercial potential of this strategic asset, which was always susceptible to monetization through social networks and advertising agencies.

The Epstein connection with Argentina
Epstein's expansion strategy included agreements with governments to promote the massive adoption of the application among citizens. The Democratic pedophile financier, as early as December 2014, spoke of applying a credibility scoring system to users according to the relevance of their reports when an incident occurred.
Reporty explored possible partnerships with technology integrators such as Mer Group, which had a presence in Argentina, Africa, and other markets. A confidential report stated that Mer Group expected to complete in 2014 the installation of cameras, observation systems, and intelligence systems in Buenos Aires as part of a "Safe City" project valued at 42 million dollars.
Mer Group's corporate files describe the implementation of "Buenos Aires Safe City" through the national Security Ministry of the government of the now-convictedCristina Fernández de Kirchner, when the Federal Police was still operating in the Capital and had not yet been transferred to the government of the City of Buenos Aires.
The investment sought to modernize the Federal Police with 1,200 high-definition cameras for virtual patrolling and access control, a Command and Control Center, technological patrol cars equipped with cameras and automatic license plate recognition systems, and a 500-kilometer fiber-optic network.

CFK appears in a Mer Group video
Although the tenders from that period are not available for public consultation, it was possible to confirm that in a video uploaded by Mer Group in July 2017, which showed the advances in security that had been implemented, images appear of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner leaving the Casa Rosada.
The recently declassified documentation thus outlines a scenario in which Epstein planned to expand his international business by offering urban security and data exploitation to Argentina, something that he was able to achieve thanks to institutional agreements with the Kirchnerist government.
