Marcelo Tinelli is going through a particularly delicate stage. In addition to the family conflicts that have come to light in recent days—after the threats received by his daughter Juana Tinelli—, there are also work-related problems that cast doubt on his immediate future as head of Carnaval Stream, the digital channel he founded this year as his new media project.
The host hasn't appeared on screen since the family conflict erupted, which has raised alarms within the production company. In his place, José María Listorti has taken over the show Estamos de Paso, the channel's main program.
Although the production company claims that this is a "temporary" absence, Yanina Latorre revealed new details suggesting that the situation might be more complex than what is being said publicly. "He's very sad, it's not because of the debts or the threats", she pointed out.
On LAM (América TV), the panelist said that she had a direct conversation with Tinelli in which the host spoke to her about his emotional state.
"I spoke with Marcelo. He's very sad, it's not because of the debts or the threats, but because of the family problem", Latorre stated, referring to the conflict facing the Tinelli clan after the threats reported by his daughter Juana.
Additionally, the journalist hinted that Tinelli's work situation could become complicated: "Yesterday he was supposed to go to Carnaval, it was announced, I spoke with Sabrina Rojas, she told me 'we're all called, technically Marcelo is going.' I sent the reporter and Listorti showed up", she emphasized.
