Marcelo Tinelli is going through days of deep personal and family tension. In a series of messages posted on his social media, the host confirmed that he and his loved ones were victims of threats and pressure related to a debt incurred during his time at San Lorenzo, and expressed his concern for his family's safety.
The television entrepreneur stated that for the past three years he has faced "judicial harassment" from the person who bought a debt related to the blaugrana club. Tinelli was even more direct when he pointed at the current holder of the liability: "This person, now owner of major media outlets where lately they've been 'destroying' me, sought, by buying that debt (loan shark, as they were called in my hometown), to pressure us through his lawyer and take away everything I earned through work and effort. That's what bothers some of my children."

The host confirmed that the threats also reached his closest circle: "We're all being threatened. A threat reached my daughter Juani, whom I love madly. My family is scared because of everything coming from these people, who bought that debt from a Rosario-based mutual with a history of dealing with dangerous people."
"Today I'm speaking out, from pain, anguish, fear, and truth. I hope Argentine justice protects my entire family. I know the media, especially those this man bought, will be ruthless with me, but truth prevails. I love you, Juani. I understand your fear," added Tinelli, who expressed his intention to testify before the courts.
