Unbelievable: Ruth Nina warned that Peter Beckhauser must prepare to go to jail
The president of PAN-BOL stated that she will seek to imprison the activist for attempting to prevent Evo Morales's registration
Ruth Nina issued a direct warning against activist Peter Beckhauser. In a heated tone, she accused him of being her executioner and her aggressor. She called him a white-collar criminal and claimed that he has already been to prison.
According to her, Beckhauser has violated the rights of peasants and Indigenous people. She did not hesitate to state that he must prepare to go to prison.
The president of PAN-BOL stated that the activist committed crimes by preventing the registration of her party and harming former dictator Evo Morales. She argued that the rejection of their candidates was an illegal and abusive act.
She asserted that they will use all available means to uphold their political rights. Among them, she did not rule out social pressure or legal actions. “He must pack his bags to go to Chonchocoro,” she sentenced when referring to Beckhauser.
Nina also lashed out at Beckhauser's legal knowledge. She asked him to enroll in a university to study law.
According to the leader, the activist doesn't understand the concept of procedural preclusion. She alleged that a judge has already dismissed his argument. She described him as a “political illiterate.”
PAN-BOL claims to have completed the digital registration of its ticket. She stated that they could not do it physically, but they did so by email. In her view, that is enough to validate their electoral participation.
According to Nina, the TSE must recognize their candidacy. Otherwise, she warns that there will be social consequences.
Does the resolution benefit the former dictator?

The Constitutional Chamber of La Paz issued a favorable resolution for PAN-BOL. The ruling nullifies the annulment of its legal status. According to Nina, that restores all rights to the party.
She emphasized that the resolution is mandatory. For this reason, there is nothing more to discuss, in her view.
The ticket presented by PAN-BOL is composed of Evo Morales and Wilma Alanoca. Both failed to register before May 19, the deadline set by the TSE.
Nevertheless, Nina insists that they are within the calendar. She said that June 6 is the deadline for candidacies. The TSE denied this interpretation.
Board member Tahuichi Tahuichi clarified that the ruling still needs to be reviewed. He pointed out that the Plurinational Constitutional Court has the final say.
For now, the TSE keeps its decision not to accept late candidacies. In addition, it recalled that the judicial resolution can't extend deadlines. The process remains in suspense.
Beckhauser questioned the inconsistency of the party that now accuses him. He recalled that PAN-BOL's lawyers used his same argument. According to him, they now contradict their own defense.
The activist believes that this is a desperate attempt to enable Morales. He insists that the law doesn't allow further registrations.
Meanwhile, political tensions are rising around the case. PAN-BOL warns of protests if the TSE doesn't accept its candidacy. They claim that the Electoral Tribunal wants to exclude the party.
Ruth Nina repeats that this is a “flagrant violation of rights.” She keeps that the people will respond with mobilization.
Evo Morales himself celebrated the judicial ruling that he considers favorable. He asserted that it is a new democratic victory for the people. He said that the TSE must enable the candidates backed by the Evista movement.
He warned that the people will not allow further political exclusions. He reaffirmed his intention to return to power.
Why did Ruth Nina change her mind?

Governor Santos Quispe harshly questioned Ruth Nina. He reminded her of her critical stance toward Morales in 2019. He asked her why she now supports him and even “kisses his hand”.
He insinuated that she does so for political or economic interest. He said that PAN-BOL is a party without popular support.
Old videos of Nina are circulating on social media. In them, she is heard calling Morales a “dictator” and “murderer.”
Critics denounce an opportunistic shift by the leader. However, she insists that she is a victim of the system. She claims that Morales was as well.
PAN-BOL announced that it will continue its struggle in the streets. They say they will defend what they have gained “by right” and through social means.
They even propose demanding the resignation of the TSE board members. They point out that the institution did not comply with a judicial resolution. They claim that the elections are at risk.
Morales's participation is still not guaranteed. The TSE remains firm on the established deadlines.
The TCP must rule in the coming days. Meanwhile, the atmosphere is becoming more tense.
PAN-BOL clings to the ruling that restored its legal status. However, that same document clarifies that deadlines can't be extended.
Will PAN-BOL manage to register the pedophile?

The legal situation of its candidates remains uncertain. Beckhauser keeps his complaint against the attempt to enable them. He now faces threats of imprisonment.
The warnings from Ruth Nina, who asserted that the TSE “will burn” if PAN-BOL's candidates are not registered, mark a dangerous escalation of pressure on the institution.
The TSE must act based on technical and legal criteria, not under threats or political intimidation. While every political actor has the right to make claims through legal channels, the use of incendiary rhetoric undermines the credibility of the democratic process.
It is even more dangerous that the leader has announced legal reprisals against activist Peter Beckhauser solely for having pointed out irregularities. Questioning a citizen for exercising his right to express opinions and oversee is contrary to the basic principle of freedom of expression.
