The president and candidate Daniel Noboa closed his electoral campaign in Quito with a packed Rumiñahui coliseum. In an atmosphere filled with enthusiasm, he reaffirmed his commitment to end crime, narcoterrorism and those politicians who have hindered the country's development.
During his speech, Noboa stated that this Sunday will be the day Ecuador begins to forge a new future. He called on citizens to defend their vote and convince the last undecided person, pointing out that this election could be the most important in the country's recent history.
He highlighted that his government has begun to open real opportunities for women heads of households, who for years were ignored by statist models. He assured that Ecuador doesn't need militias or imitations of authoritarian regimes like those of Venezuela or Nicaragua.

Noboa also insisted on the need to reform a Constitution that, he said, has ceased to serve the country. He reiterated that change is already underway and that he won't allow mafias or the past to govern with impunity again.
