President Daniel Noboa will vote in Manglaralto
The president will first accompany his wife and then wait for the results at his residence
This Sunday, April 13, the president and reelection candidate, Daniel Noboa, will go to the polls in the Manglaralto parish, in the province of Santa Elena. He is scheduled to exercise his right to vote at 10:00 AM at the Dr. Antonio Moya Sánchez Basic Education School.
Before voting, Noboa will accompany his wife, Lavinia Valbonesi, who will vote at 8:30 AM at Board No. 432 at the University of the River, in Guayaquil. This gesture reaffirms the family-oriented and approachable image the president has maintained during his campaign.
After casting his vote, he will travel to his residence in Olón, where he will await the results with his family, as he did during the second round in 2023. This decision reflects his calm and confident approach to the electoral day.
In this second round, Noboa faces Luisa González, candidate of the RC-RETO alliance, who represents the Citizen Revolution, a movement that has already shown serious deficiencies during its time in power. The contest will determine who will lead Ecuador between 2025 and 2029.

Noboa's campaign has stood out for its emphasis on security, order, and the modernization of the state, in contrast to socialist proposals that have failed to solve the country's structural problems. The citizens will decide between two clearly differentiated models.
Daniel Noboa has prioritized national security and democratic institutionality, aspects weakened during previous socialist governments. His proposal continues to gain support for its pragmatism and firmness.
Meanwhile, the candidate of correísmo fails to break away from the past and a model questioned for corruption, inefficiency, and authoritarianism. The country faces a historic decision about its political and social direction.
With an agenda focused on results and stability, Noboa represents the modern and functional alternative that many Ecuadorians are hoping for. His presence this Sunday will mark the beginning of a key day for Ecuador's future.
