In his speech, he urged business leaders to make the fight against drug trafficking a common goal.

Noboa recalled that in 2024 alone, 302 metric tons (665,796 pounds) of illegal substances were seized, valued at more than USD 5 billion, and projected to exceed 500 metric tons (1,102,311 pounds) by the end of 2025.
Narcotrafico During his presentation, the president highlighted that the country risk dropped from 1,300 to 684 points, the lowest level in more than a decade. He attributed this improvement to fiscal stability, the progressive elimination of inefficient subsidies, and the strengthening of social programs such as Raíces and Incentivo Emprende, aimed at inclusion and productive employment.
The president stated that the bilateral relationship with United States "is at its highest point" and highlighted the advanced trade negotiations with Washington, China, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates. "We seek to integrate into the global economy through transparent and beneficial alliances for the country," Noboa said before business leaders and regional authorities.
