The United States questioned the actions of the British authorities, in a context marked by the debate on immigration in the West.

The Government of Donald Trump expressed its views on the case of Henry Nowak in the United Kingdom and questioned the actions of the British authorities following the crime, in a context marked by the debate on immigration policies in the West.

The death of Nowak, an 18-year-old British youth murdered by an Indian immigrant in December 2025, continues to generate international political repercussions.

The young student had not only been stabbed without reason, but when the police arrived, he ended up being arrested after the attacker falsely accused him of racism. Minutes after being handcuffed, Nowak died.

In recent hours, various U.S. officials criticized the United Kingdom for the police actions in the case and linked it to a wider crisis in Europe related to its disastrous immigration policies and the invasion of illegals.

The official statement came from both the State Department and the Vice President, in a context where the case reignited the debate over allegations of racism and differential treatment by law enforcement.

The controversy escalated recently after the release of body camera footage from one of the officers involved in the unjustified arrest of Nowak.

In it, the young British man is seen handcuffed while he was dying, repeating that he had been stabbed and that he could not breathe, while the officers informed him that he was under arrest. The ambulance was only requested after the young man lost consciousness.

The attacker, Vickrum Digwa, a 23-year-old Indian immigrant and Sikh, tried to justify his actions by claiming he was a victim of "racist insults". However, this turned out to be false, and he was sentenced on Monday to life in prison, with a minimum sentence of 21 years.

In this context, the U.S. State Department issued a strong message: “Ideological conditioning and police double standards are flagrant symptoms of the decline of civilization. They must be rejected throughout the West.”

In the same statement, it added: “The United States sends its condolences to the family of Henry Nowak and to the people of the United Kingdom in these difficult times.”

The official stance is part of the national security strategy presented by the Trump administration in 2025, which warns that Europe faces the possibility of “the extinction of civilization,” due to open borders policies and cultural deterioration.

Vice President JD Vance reinforced this line with even stronger statements. “Henry Nowak died as a civilization dies: abandoned, handcuffed by authorities who neither trusted him nor cared for him, and accused of hate crimes he did not commit,” he stated.

He added: “He should be alive today, and he would be if the last generations of European elites had stood firm against the politics of self-hatred and the massive invasion of immigrants, many of whom despise the West and those who love it.”

The Nowak case, thus, ceased to be merely a judicial file to become a point of diplomatic dispute and a symbol within the global debate on security and mass immigration.
