A police operation in Telefe led to an unprecedented scene in the reality show: the participant received a judicial notification in the middle of the game.
It all started off camera, when it transpired that police officers had appeared at the Telefe property, located in Martínez. As it became known, this was not an arrest, but rather a formal notification linked to a judicial investigation that would already have several complainants

For several hours, the situation was handled with total secrecy within the channel, while the production defined how to transfer information inside the house without altering the development of the program.
Finally, the notification was made within the reality show, through the confessional, the space where participants hold their private conversations with the voice of Big Brother

The scene marked one of the most impactful moments of the edition. “Hello, Maciel,” was heard with an unusually serious tone. The participant answered without suspecting what would happen: “How are you?”

The answer was direct and created an immediate break in the climate: “I have something to tell you... in a few moments I will call you at the confessional because of a judicial notice that you must sign.”
Minutes later, Maciel entered the confessional, where he signed the documentation in the presence of the channel's lawyers. Upon returning to the house, visibly affected, she decided to share what she felt. “My head moved a lot, a lot, because I know where it comes from,” he said in a broken voice.
According to her story, the origin of the situation is linked to an episode from her past, in which she herself would have acted as a whistleblower: “It all started when my sister... who is no longer in this world... came to tell me that she couldn't go out to work because someone was taking money from her,” she
said.
In this context, he claimed to have promoted the complaint that gave rise to the cause: “I had reported two people, I gathered witnesses... and when they were arrested, a lot of people fell. It was even news,” he said

The participant also explained that, after this judicial process, she began to suffer situations of harassment: she received messages on social networks and different episodes of harassment that, she said, continue to this day.
