The model used her social networks to respond to versions that pointed to a judicial setback in her dispute with the economist over the maintenance of Matilda.

The judicial dispute between Luciana Salazar and Martín Redrado returned to the center of the scene after news broke about the case related to the maintenance of

Matilda, the model's daughter.

After versions circulated that pointed to an alleged favorable ruling for the economist, Salazar came out to respond harshly through his social networks and assured that the information disseminated was incorrect.

“Lie! We won the approval trial and Redrado is the one who has to pay the costs,” the model wrote in her X account.

The media was not limited to a single message. He also posted a series of stories on Instagram in which he sought to clarify the judicial situation. “To all those who are misinforming, Redrado lost his trial in the first instance

,” he said.

In her explanation, Salazar argued that the magistrate who intervened in the case decided to approve the agreement she was demanding and rejected a proposal submitted by the former president of the Central Bank.

“The judge gave the approval and he lost the request for annulment. In fact, Redrado has to pay the costs for losing. Don't misinform! ”, he remarked

As the model explained, her legal team will appeal a specific aspect of the court decision. “The only thing we're going to appeal is a point where the judge disobeys a House ruling. That's why action is so controversial,”

he said.

Salazar also insisted that, so far, the outcome of the process does not favor the economist. “The only one who lost so far is Redrado and he has to pay the costs,” he said.

In the midst of the controversy, the model decided to share part of the court decision on her social networks to support her version of the events.

Along with the image of the document, he wrote a direct message addressed to those who disseminated information about the alleged judicial setback. “Don't invent. He lost,” he concluded.

The legal dispute between Luciana Salazar and Martín Redrado, which has dragged on for years, revolves around economic commitments linked to Matilda's upbringing. With the new ruling and the appeals announced, the judicial conflict between the two seems far from over
