The eternal after-party: Passerini looks the other way while neighbors live under threat

Official inaction perpetuates fear in a neighborhood that has endured threats and violence for eleven years

The municipal government leaves people at the mercy of those who impose violence with absolute impunity and without fear of sanctions. For eleven years, the residents of Villa Allende Parque have reported the same thing and have never received solutions. Unbearable noise, fights, and gunshots are part of an ordeal that the mayor chooses to ignore: the "Casita del after".

In this place, nights follow a sustained pattern of chaos, with alcohol and drug consumption ending in death threats and besieged homes. The police barely patrol, but when serious incidents occur, they escape with excuses that no one believes anymore. Meanwhile, Passerini focuses his energy on speeches and theatrical gestures, without solving a single real problem.

Just yesterday, the mayor inaugurated the "Casa de las Infancias" with phrases about tenderness as if that were Córdoba's most urgent problem. The staging included criticism of the President, but no reference to the tragedy experienced by thousands of residents. The indifference toward insecurity reveals inverted priorities and a disconnected administration.

Several people run and gather on a street in front of a house while parked cars and motorcycles can be seen.

The clandestine party enjoys more protection than Cordobans

Residents who dare to report are persecuted and even threatened with weapons while the municipality remains silent. Fear multiplies because those who run the clandestine business know that there is no authority willing to confront them. The absence of serious policies from the municipality leaves the entire area at the mercy of increasingly violent mafias.

The contrast is clear: resources are invested to maintain a huge municipality and in propaganda events, but nothing in solving real problems. The mayor prefers to inaugurate symbolic spaces with no real practical value rather than guarantee basic peace in the neighborhoods. Security thus becomes a privilege, not a right for everyone.

The question is inevitable: what are they waiting for to act if there are already reports, threats, and gunshots in the midst of people's daily lives? Eleven years of complaints prove that these are not isolated cases or neighborhood exaggerations. The municipal government abandons its duty and legitimizes impunity with its constant and deliberate inaction.
