The social network X, owned by Elon Musk, reached the top spot in downloads and usage in Argentina, establishing itself as the most downloaded application and the one with the highest revenue within the App Store.

The information, confirmed by Musk himself Musk through a brief message on his official account "Now #1 in Argentina!",  reflects the platform's position in a highly active market for social media consumption.

According to measurements released by technology-focused sources, X displaced instant messaging applications, streaming platforms, and e-commerce services.

The leadership was verified both in the free applications category and in the highest revenue category, a fact that underscores the platform's weight as a central channel for information and public debate in the country.

The application, formerly known as Twitter, reached this milestone in the "news apps" category, a segment where real-time updates and immediate interaction are key factors for Argentine users.
