In 2025, the Province of Buenos Aires reached a historic record in communication spending by allocating $62,450,032,922 to official advertising, the equivalent of USD 50 million executed in a single year. The expansion of spending occurred in parallel with debts in the healthcare system, delayed transfers to municipalities, and teacher wage agreements that fell below inflation, according to official information accessed by the media.
The volume of resources allocated confirms a trend that the outlet has been documenting for years: official propaganda has no ceiling, even when other critical areas face restrictions. In comparative terms, the jump is striking. In 2024, the Province had allocated $26,043 million to official advertising. By mid-2025, that amount had already been surpassed. At the close of the fiscal year, the provincial administration more than doubled the previous year's spending, with a nominal increase of 139%.

Concentration of spending:
According to official records, the ten main beneficiaries of Buenos Aires Province's advertising concentrated $31,718 million, more than 50% of the total executed. The proportion is repeated year after year and exposes the concentrated structure that provincial Kirchnerism consolidated to channel public funds toward aligned media outlets.
In total, 9,571 orders signed by the Minister of Public Communication, Jesica Rey, were issued, which were distributed in an extremely unequal manner among 710 registered media outlets. The ranking of the five websites that collected the most in 2025 was as follows:
ElDestapeWeb.com: $2,597 million
Infobae.com: $2,400 million
