The renowned chef and Argentine television personality remains hospitalized at Hospital Alemán in Buenos Aires, where he is being assisted by an interdisciplinary medical team that is closely monitoring his progress.
The latest official report, released on January 2, 2026 and signed by the medical director of the health center, Norberto Mezzadri (MN 51454), confirmed that Petersen "remains hospitalized in the institution, under the care of a multidisciplinary team." According to the statement, at the time of the update the patient was "clinically stable, with no complications of any kind having been recorded."
The hospital emphasized that the chef remains under constant monitoring and that the support of his family is a key factor at this stage of the treatment.
