Billionaire Marc Rowan, World Bank President Ajay Banga, and Robert Gabriel, a Trump adviser, are other founding names that make up the body. Nickolay Mladenov, a Bulgarian career diplomat with extensive experience in the international field, was confirmed as the Board's director general.

This additional board will support Mladenov's office, which was entrusted with the paramount task of creating a technocratic government for the enclave that moves away from Hamas terrorism and hatred of its Jewish neighbors.
