Four men were sentenced to life imprisonment for murdering Daniel Coria, a crime ordered from Cruz del Eje prison. The 6th Criminal Chamber and a popular jury found Pablo Silva, Matías Palacios, Carlos, and Héctor Figueroa guilty. The homicide was classified as remunerated promise and premeditated conspiracy of two or more people.
Silva was detained in Cruz del Eje and was the one who organized and ordered the murder, according to the case file. The motive was a settling of old scores with Coria, according to the prosecutor's hypothesis. The crime was committed in a garbage dump in Parque del Este neighborhood, where the body was incinerated to erase evidence.

A planned execution and unanimous conviction
Palacios contacted the victim through Facebook, pretending to offer a job, to lure him into the trap. The Figueroa brothers carried out the murder with a firearm, according to forensic evidence. Prosecutor Martín Berger requested life imprisonment and the jury unanimously supported his request.
