In the La Toma neighborhood, in the west of Córdoba Capital, the police carried out 30 raids simultaneously. The operation made it possible to dismantle the gang known as "los levantaportones." Their activity had sown fear among local residents.
The criminals forced entry into homes and stole valuables within minutes. The method kept families in the area on edge. With the operations, at least 15 suspects were arrested.
