Manuel Tagle reviewed the beginnings of his business career in Córdoba, highlighting the great value of merit and the legacy received from his father. The businessman recalled how he became independent in 1977, securing the representation of Peugeot thanks to his reputation and impeccable conduct. The business expansion continued with the addition of Fiat and the return to Renault in 1983, consolidating a key commercial relationship.
Tagle reminisced about his bold decision to move the dealership from Humberto I Street to the strategic area of Colón and Sagrada Familia. Despite initial criticism from his colleagues, the businessman bet on aesthetics and modernity to attract new clients. This strategic vision laid the foundation for what is now AutoCity, an automotive hub that brings together the most important brands.
The decade of convertibility enabled significant growth, but the 2001 crisis forced the group to make tough financial decisions. Prioritizing seriousness and the fulfillment of contracts, Tagle restructured the company by concentrating its capital on three strong brands. Renault's support was key to overcoming that situation, later allowing the addition of Nissan and the renewed expansion of all its operations.

Diversification into real estate development and the legacy
With the incorporation of his children into the family business, the group diversified its investments into real estate development in the Sierras. The Q2 project in Mendiolaza was born by taking advantage of a privileged natural environment and always prioritizing design and construction quality. The philosophy of doing things well was transferred to this sector, seeking to generate developments that are aesthetically pleasing and durable.
In the development of El Terrón, excellence was prioritized by hiring American designer Tom Weiskopf for the local golf course. The decision to sacrifice lots to create large green spaces and boulevards reinforced the prestige and exclusivity of the project. The businessman emphasized that profitability is not the only objective, but rather to create quality works that endure and are valued by people.

The group also ventured into the hotel industry in Villa Yacanto, restoring a historic property with deep respect for tradition. Manuel Tagle assures that his children are on track to continue the family legacy, based on respect for clients and suppliers. Seriousness and keeping one's word are the pillars that sustain growth and support in business.
