Parra explained that planning is possible thanks to monetary order, something that had been demanded for years to leave behind practices forced by inflation. He pointed out that selling without knowing at what price goods would be restocked was a trap that complicated small merchants and affected business sustainability. He stated that the recent normalization allows a focus on real costs, commercial strategies, and consumption expansion.

He valued that national fiscal order lays firmer foundations for sustained improvement in commercial activity.
