Epic Games Store is preparing its holiday promotion with a free game every 24 hours.

December has already begun and, as happens every year, the Epic Games Store is preparing for one of the most anticipated moments for PC gamers. The platform will launch its holiday marathon, a promotion that gives away one free game every 24 hours.

Everything indicates that the 2025 edition will begin on Thursday, December 18, one day earlier than last year. That will be the starting point for the first free title and for a daily cycle that will continue until the end of the year.

How does the Epic Games Store holiday promotion work?

The dynamic is already a classic: every 24 hours Epic releases a new free game. The title of the day remains hidden until the exact moment of the change, which adds surprise and keeps the anticipation alive.

• One free game every 24 hours.
• Scheduled start: December 18.
• Last gift: December 31.
• The game of the day is revealed only at the activation time.
• If you claim it within the time frame, it will remain in your library forever.

At what time is each game revealed?

Every day the change occurs at 1:00 p.m. Argentina time. At that moment, the previous day's game expires and the new free title appears.

It is advisable to claim each game as soon as it becomes available, since the availability window is strictly 24 hours.
