Oscar Agost Carreño's strategy to retain the PRO Córdoba seal through the “desktop” suffered a lethal setback in court. Federal judge Miguel Vaca Narvaja annulled the decision of the Electoral Board that dedicated to the current leadership without going through the polls. The ruling determined that the “We Are PRO” list met the requirements, dismantling the attempt at administrative prohibition that sought to avoid competition
.The magistrate considered that there was an “excessive formal rigor” to declare not submitted to the payroll aligned with Mauricio Macri. With this decision, the internal one scheduled for March 29 regains its validity and forces the current leadership to revalidate titles. Agost Carreño's maneuver, aimed at shielding a functional scheme for Cordobesism, was exposed to the need to guarantee democratic transparency.
