In the message, the businessman replied to the accusations that circulated on social media, where he was labeled a "deadbeat father" and a delinquent on child support.
"I do not know the reasons for ill-intentioned or resentful people who simultaneously come out viciously to tell outrageous things and lies about me", Migueles began.

He added: "I am speaking out to clarify this, knowing that the only people I care about know the reality and who I am."
In one of the firmest parts of his statement, Migueles flatly rejected the claims that portray him as an absent father.
"I am not a deadbeat dad. At 21 I became a father, and even at that age I took my fatherhood with great responsibility and love", he stated.

He also denied having failed to meet his financial obligations.
"It is false that I do not pay child support. I have never been a delinquent on child support. It can be verified online", he maintained, and he asserted that, despite the separation from his son's mother, he never stopped complying.
"I separated because of situations that I do not forgive, but even so I did not stop giving him my last name and everything necessary", he affirmed.

Migueles also referred to the difficulties that, according to him, he faces in order to maintain contact with his son.
"We have asked for a photo and they never sent us one. I called on the phone and they sued me for harassment", he recounted.
In the face of that situation, he explained that he decided to resort to the judicial system. "We decided to go through the courts and there we are, waiting for mediation with my whole family", he indicated.
In that regard, he insisted that he has evidence that supports his version.
"I am a father who has never been late even 15 minutes in paying child support, health insurance, and everything they needed. Years trying to build a bond, and the evidence is in the courts. It will not be long now", he asserted.
Migueles's statement became known after various media figures made allegations against him public.
One of the harshest voices was that of Yanina Latorre, who shared the testimony of the businessman's ex-partner.
According to that account, Migueles allegedly left her pregnant, allegedly did not support her for several months, and allegedly failed to attend scheduled meetings with the child.
According to that complaint, the woman initiated a child support lawsuit that she allegedly won in 2024, with a payment set at around 400,000 pesos per month.
Furthermore, other allegations emerged related to family conflicts and alleged episodes of gender-based violence, which deepened the public exposure of the case.
